The Purpose Behind the Project

Our clients wanted a complete rebranding and reach the extremely lucrative market present for beauty brands in the Middle East. Our goal for Novaclear was to come up with engaging content for their social media, and their website that would attract more potential customers and make their experience engaging and fulfilling.

The Challenge

The main challenge that the brand was facing was its lack of engaging content on their website which in turn was hurting their reach and sales. The content was the generic and did not provide website visitors with a clear idea on the brand’s purpose.

The Solution and the Process Behind It

The L&D team worked closely with Novaclear to understand their brand identity. Once we had a clear vision of what they wanted, our mission was to provide them with quality content which we did through an organic format including detailed ideation and formats. We introduced animation into their website to make their content more appeasing and engaging to their audience.

The Process

  • Planning and Preparing

It started with assembling the team who will be working on the project and debriefing them about the brand, the product, and the intended results.

  • Creating an Idea Book

The team then came up with a word book that would contain the information about the brand that we want to highlight, and that we want SEO to pick up. For Novaclear, these words were healthy, skin, glowing, women, empowering, beautiful, and dermatalogist.

Using Figma, we designed the mood board for the website and social media information.

  • First Drafts and Discussions

Post the decided time frame, we met again with the first drafts, and make sure we are headed in the same direction creatively and strategically. The idea was to bring forth a combined image of ‘clean beauty’.

  • Second Draft and Sign Off

The final products were showcased, and as per the social media posting schedule, we filled the tracker. We got a sign-off from Novaclear, on the website and social media moodboards, and thus the work was sealed in place.

  • Finalising the End Product

Once all aspects of the product design were finalised, we started preparing for the launch, by setting up detailed schedules and creating a press release.

The Result

Though the initial traffic on the website remained a little low, the L&D team pulled up their socks and through running integrated advertisements on various platform, we were able to increase engagement enormously on both their social media handles and their website, which further converted to a direct increase in customer calls and enquiries.
